Our competitive pricing is a significant part of our commitment to being the best value for Registered Agent services. In fact, the difference in our competitors' standard rates ranges from 26% to 168% more than our standard rates. Additionally, competitors often charge numerous add-on fees that are unnecessary as described below in our Single-Fee Policy. Moreover, RASi is committed to value and does not have a history of increasing rates each year. Each year we conduct an industry survey to ensure that our rates are exceptionally competitive.

What makes RASi the best value is not just the pricing though, as we offer first-rate client service, innovative technologies, and a vast array of resourceful services. Our pricing is not less than others because we have less to offer; RASi is priced at fair-market value in order to maintain a very high client retention rate resulting in long-lasting client relationships.

Single-Fee Policy

As part of Registered Agent Solutions, inc.'s (RASi's) commitment to value, our company has implemented a "Single-Fee Policy." This policy was developed to counteract the trend in this industry of competitors unnecessarily charging clients additional fees for simple accommodations to their statutory representation needs; the idea that it is better to be fair and value client relationships than take advantage of them with nickel and dime policies.

The "Single Fee Policy" states that RASi will not charge additional fees for:

  • Multiple same-state agency listings
  • Fictitious Business Names (FBNs)
  • Doing Business As (DBAs)
  • Trademark Registrations
  • Other same-state registrations

The basis of the policy is that we charge one fee only for each state that we provide statutory representation services. This policy has saved clients hundreds and even thousands of dollars, even in the first year, when they have changed to RASi.
