Services Unavailable
Beginning June 17th at 5pm, the Corporations Division’s services will be unavailable until Monday June 23rd at 8am. This is due to system maintenance. Services that will not be available include: online review of business information, filing documents, UCC filings, certified copies, certificates of good standing, notary services, and certifications. Mailed documents will not be filed until Monday June 23rd. Please note that this also affects employees at the state and they will not be able to provide information over the phone.
