The Corporate Records Service scam that has popped up in several states is now going after Delaware companies. The scam is in the form of a fraudulent mailing asking for $125 and the completion of an “Annual Corporate Records” form. This is not the same as filing your Annual Report, which is a legitimate state requirement.
