Employee Recognition Event, Delaware

On Friday, December 10, 2021, the Delaware Secretary of State – Division of Corporations will have its Employee Recognition Event. Filing cut off times will be changed as follows:

• ​​30 Minute and 1 Hr filings must be received by 5pm EST
• 2 Hr filings must be received by 4pm EST

All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
