Filing Fees Changes

Effective July 1, LB 910 changes certain fees for business entities for both paper forms and online services.
 

"Here are a few highlights of the new fee structure:

• Standard fee structure which applies to all entity types.
   
  • Initial business entity filings fees (articles of incorporation, certificate of organization, etc.) are $110 for in-house (paper-based) filings and $100 for online (electronic) filings (applicable portal fees will still apply).
  • Subsequent business entity filing fees (amendment, change of agent, etc.) are $30 in-house and $25 online (applicable portal fees will still apply).
  • There are a few instances that vary from this fee structure (no fee filings, late reinstatements, nonprofit initial filings)."
