Why Switch?
Your registered agent was likely chosen when your company was formed—often by an attorney or accountant—without explaining that you have options. Many businesses end up with limited services and overpriced fees. The good news? You can change your registered agent to RASi at any time.
How It Works
Contrary to what your current provider might suggest, the process is quick and seamless. Here’s what happens when you choose RASi:
- Compliance & status checks: We research each state where you request a change to confirm your company’s standing.
- Entity status report: Based on our compliance/status checks, RASi will provide your company with a report that includes the current status, annual report due dates, state ID numbers, DBA/FBN names, and any immediate compliance concerns or issues that should be addressed. This is an invaluable tool to ensure your company is in good legal standing.
- Form completion and filing: Our team handles everything, so you have no paperwork to complete or file. You’ll only sign where required.
- Processing fees covered: All state fees for processing your change of agent request will be paid by RASi in consideration of your new business. You only pay the annual service rate—no hidden charges.
