Effective October 1, HB 839 the State Department of Assessments and Taxation’s certified list of domestic LLCs, LLPs, and LPs that have not filed an annual report will be limited to entities that did not file for the prior year
Maryland – Dissolution Fees Repealed

Maryland – Personal Property Returns Due April 15
Business Personal Property Returns as of January 1 must be filed prior to April 15. Paper forms requesting a 60 day extension must be filed by March 15, but online extension requests may be filed up to April 15.
