Vermont Division of Corporations has extended the deadline for December Annual/Biennial Reports from March 15 to April 30. This is due to an upgrade of their IT system and the subsequent delay in sending the annual/ biennial report notices. Corporations and LLCs will receive annual/biennial report notices via their registered agent in early February. Nonprofits will receive the notices at their principal office address.
