Please remember that new legislation requires that every existing and new business entity must list a deliverable street address for both the principal office address and the registered agent address. A post office box can only be used as a mailing address. If the U.S. Postal Service cannot deliver mail to the entity’s principal office street address, then a deliverable mailing address must be provided.
