The Pennsylvania Bureau of Compliance has announced that Corporate Tax Lien Certificates can now be printed again. Certificates were not being printed throughout the month of February because the corporation tax system was being replaced. Since the system was offline for so long, there is a backlog of certificates to be printed, which may take a few days to get through.
