Beginning March 1, 2020 through June 15, 2020, the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services is offering a program to allow entities that are revoked due to annual report delinquency to reinstate or to dissolve by paying a $500 fee. Tax clearance will not be required and there will be no additional administrative costs. To be eligible for the program, the entity must not have any outstanding tax obligations.
