n anticipation of the upcoming effective date for changes made to the Uniform Commercial Code, the Secretary of State has made the new UCC forms available online for viewing. The new forms, which comply with the 2010 Amendments to Revised Article 9, can be used beginning July 1. The state is allowing a 30 day grace period. Beginning August 1, all UCC filings must be submitted on the new forms to avoid rejection.
