A company by the name of Nebraska Council for Corporations has sent an Annual Records Solicitation Form to businesses in Nebraska requesting payment of a $125 fee to prepare your annual corporation records. This is a scam and is not from any government agency. The completion of this form does not satisfy any state requirements. See the alert posted by the Nebraska Secretary of State’s Office.
