National – Scam Mailer/Solicitations

Recently, we have seen mailers sent to businesses stating that certain forms must be filed with or obtained from the Secretary of State’s office in order for your business to be in good standing. Please note that any notice from the Secretary of States’ office will be directly from that office with official information. These spam mailers have been brought to our attention in Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Michigan.
