Montana – Supporting Document Requirements
Senate Bill 35 (Chapter 42) signed by the governor and effective February 18 eliminates the requirement of a certificate of existence or other supporting document for qualification of foreign entities and requires a statement that the entity has complied with organizational laws and exists in its jurisdiction of organization.
