The Massachusetts office of the Secretary of State alerted companies in mid-October that they will be cleaning up their system by wiping out corporations that are administratively dissolved/revoked. This will affect both domestic and foreign corporations that are delinquent in filing 2 or more consecutive years’ worth of annual reports. Corporations in this predicament are being given a 90 day period to file their annual reports and avoid permanent dissolution. The dissolutions will begin taking place early next year.
