Secretary of State, Matt Schultz works to cut the red tape for businesses in Iowa. Businesses that have previously been dissolved are now eligible for reinstatement; in addition reinstatement documents are now available online at http://www.sos.iowa.gov. Affected companies are those that failed to file their biennial report due April 1st and consequently became administratively dissolved after June 1st.This streamlined process allows companies to be reinstated more efficiently and get back to work faster.
