Corporate Record Services has agreed to provide full refunds to Indiana businesses that paid the company $125 for filing services that appeared to be a required by the government. Last year, the company sent out letters, which looked as if they were from the Secretary of State’s office, to businesses all over the state soliciting a $125 fee for record keeping services.
