On Friday, December 18th, the Delaware Division of Corporations will have its Employee Recognition Luncheon. Filing cut off times will be changed as follows.
- 30 Minute filings must be received by 7pm EST
- 1 Hr filings must be received by 7pm EST
- 2 Hr filings must be received by 6pm EST
Filings will not be processed between 1pm and 3pm and must be submitted prior to 12pm in order to be processed before the recognition event. Please submit filings to RASi by 11:45am to ensure your filing is submitted before the lunch event, if you require.
