On Friday, September 24th, the Delaware Division of Corporations will have its Employee Recognition event. Filing cut off times will be changed as follows.
- 30 Minute filings must be received by 10am EST
- 1 Hr filings must be received by 10am EST
- 2 Hr filings must be received by 9am EST
- 24 Hr filings must be received by 12pm EST
Please submit filings before 11:30am to be submitted before the event.
