The Division of Corporations has planned an Employee Recognition Event on Friday June 13. On Thursday, the 4pm – 12am staff will be working 2pm – 10pm. The Delaware filing system will be available for securing filing dates and times. On Friday, June 13 there will be no “Same Day” or “Must Approvals” available. All 30 minute and 1 hour requests must be received before 10am, 2 hour service requests must be received by 9am, and 24 hour service requests must be received by 12pm. The Delaware filing system will be available for securing filing dates and times until 10:30pm. The state staff will only be working from 8am – 11:30am. RASi’s Delaware office will be open as usual from 8am – 8pm EST.
