Update: 24hr Expedited Filings are now being accepted.
Effective April 20, all expedited services have been suspended by the CA Secretary of State’s office. This includes 24 Hour Expedited Service. Any expedited document submitted before April 20 will be mailed back.
Online filings take roughly 2 business days and a certified copy can be obtained for specific filings, such as domestic incorporations and formations, LLC cancellations, and all statement of information filings.
Filers may submit a FedEx label with a filing in order to request FedEx rather than USPS return of the filing. This will not guarantee the return of a document sooner.
