The Arizona Secretary of State launched a new online UCC non-certified search system January 24. The new system is currently experiencing technical difficulties, and non-certified UCC searches may not be available with a current through date. The state office has not given a timeframe for these issues to be resolved. Certified searches are available and may be ordered on a routine basis or an expedited basis for an additional fee.
