On Friday June 7, 2019 the Delaware Division of Corporations will have its employee recognition luncheon. Filing cutoff times will be as listed:
- 30-Min and 1-Hr Service must be received before 10am
- 2-Hr Service must be received before 9am
- 24-Hr Service must be received before 12pm
- Same Day and Must Approval Filings will not be available after 11:30am.
