Effective February 20th, foreign medical corporations can now obtain a Certificate of Registration in Arkansas. This new legislation as found in Senate Bill 53 requires that all officers, directors, and shareholders of the foreign medical corporation be licensed to practice medicine in the state of incorporation (domestic state).
