Mississippi – Conversion and Domestication Requirements

Mississippi – Annual Report Filing Deadline
All corporations and limited liability companies must file their annual report on or before April 15, 2017 or risks administrative dissolution. This does not apply to nonprofit corporations or limited partnerships.
Mississippi – Entity Conversion Act Amended

Mississippi – Renewal of Name Reservations
