Implemented for a July 1st, 2015 release, House Bill 1878, amends the Stock Corporation Act on a variety of topics including bylaws, consent to shareholder or director action, notice of meetings, duration of voting trusts and shareholder agreements, qualification of directors, advancement of expenses, mergers and share exchanges, appraisal rights and dissolution.
