A fraudulent company, “Pennsylvania Business Name Publishing,” is contacting recently formed businesses or those with recently filed fictitious names and requiring money for business name publications. The fraudulent company says this is to prevent being fined for improper publication of the entity name. The state is calling this a partial scam.
