Secretary of State Grimes put out a press release reminding companies that are authorized to do business in Kentucky that they must file an annual report and pay a $15 filing fee by June 30, 2014. Failure to file will result in the company being listed as in bad standing with the State’s office and will receive a final 60 day notice. If the entity still does not file after the 60 day period, the entity will be administratively dissolved/revoked.
