Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes would like to remind all entities authorized to conduct business in Kentucky that they are required to file annual reports in 2013. The annual report due date is July 1, 2013 and there is a $15 filing fee. Reminder notices will be sent to each entity either via email or regular mail. Failure to file the annual report will result in your entity being listed as in bad standing with the Secretary of State. Non-compliant businesses will receive a final 60-day notice. If the annual report is still not filed after 60 days, the business will be administratively dissolved and will no longer be authorized to conduct business.
