Governor Markel sign on July 22 and effective January 1, 2016 SB 113 and SB120, which amend the Regulatory Transparency and Accountability Act to require each agency to submit a regulatory impact statement to the Registrar of Regulations; require the Registrar of Regulations to transmit impact statements to the appropriate standing committee of the General Assembly; expand the definition of small business; and require adoption of guidelines to assist agencies.
