RASi has announced it will donate up to 10% of every new client transaction to the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) Oil Spill Restoration Fund. The money donated will help NWF track and report on the impacts of the oil spill, as well as aid in its on-the-ground efforts to quickly rescue the hundreds of birds, sea turtles and other wildlife affected by this catastrophe.
Starting July 1, 2010, through the end of August, 2010, a portion of profits accrued from newly appointed registered agent clients and 10% of orders placed by law firm clients and corporate service transactions will be donated to the relief and restoration efforts in the Gulf.
"What has happened in the Gulf is a tragedy that has left not just people, but wildlife and coastal wetlands devastated," says Sean Prewitt, RASi Chief Executive Officer. "By donating a portion of our profits to the restoration fund we hope to help the National Wildlife Federation protect and repair the animals and habitats harmed by the oil spill and encourage everyone to support the relief efforts any way they can."
