| Oregon Increases Fees |

Effective Immediately
In an effort to raise money to contribute to the Oregon General Fund, which supports public education, health and safety, select Corporate Division filing fees will increase at the end of February.
Important changes under voter-approved Ballot Measure 67 include:
- Articles of formation, supplements and annual reports for Corporate entities will increase from $50 to $100 for domestic entities and $275 for foreign.
- All UCC filings will increase from $10 to $15.
- Notary Commission applications will increase from $20 to $40.

| Franchise Tax Reports Due March 1, 2010
All Domestic Delaware Corporations must file their annual reports and pay franchise tax accordingly by March 1. For your convenience, the Franchise Tax Department will be fully staffed on Saturday, February 27 from 8 am to 4:30 pm EST. |

Due to budgeting problems in California, the Secretary of State has decided to close the San Diego regional office on April 2, 2010.
Those in the San Diego area that will be affected by the closure are instructed to use the remaining Sacramento and Los Angeles offices. To see the available services offered at each location please visit www.sos.ca.gov/business. |
