Delaware Division of Corporations Increases Fees
The Delaware Division of Corporations has announced significant changes regarding Business Entity, UCC and expedite fees and services. Please review the following adjustments:
 
Changes in Business Entity Fees and Services Effective August 1, 2009
 
Expedited Filing Services
30 Minute
$3,000 In order for the filing to be processed certain criteria must be met.
 
Same Day
$100 for new business formations. All other filings will cost $200.

24-Hour
$50 for new business formations. All other filings will cost $100.
 
Must Approval
Filing fee will increase to $50 and we can now file for entities that we are NOT the agent for and receive the discounted rate.

New UCC Forms Encouraged 
 
reminderRecent changes were made to the following UCC Statements/Forms:
 
1) UCC Financing Statement Addendum (UCC1Ad) and;
2) Statement of Claim (UCC5) forms.
 
Please make note that filing offices will no longer accept the old versions of these forms after January 1, 2010.
