Registration Specialist

This position is responsible for producing the forms necessary for the Change-of-Agent and Resignation-of-Agent processes for clients in all fifty states. The specialist is also responsible for researching the statuses of entities and creating audit charts. This position requires good researching skills and high-volume form preparation. There is a low level of interaction with clients but high interaction with other RASi teams, necessitating professional and precise communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure superior customer service is provided at all times and maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality and a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Efficiently manage the Change-of-Agent process from initial client inquiry through processing, form creation, and follow up.
  • Efficiently manage the Resignation-of-Agent process from initial RASi requests through processing, form creation, and follow up.
  • Answer general client queries about RASi's services and the role of a Registered Agent.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating with other RASi teams regarding hold-ups, issues, or other blocks in the Change-of-Agent process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with a large workflow.
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data..
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to be self directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively track multiple time sensitive projects.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with the MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat are required.
  • Preferred Experience: General corporate and business formation procedures, and/or willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Education: Associate's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in data entry.
