Our Industry
We operate within the State Compliance and Representation Service industry. We work with hundreds of law firms and paralegal associations and have clients in every industry from tech companies and fortune 500 groups to tens of thousands of privately held companies of all sizes.

The Position
This Account Manager will join our dynamic and competitive team in building relationships with potential clients and showing them the RASi difference in service and technology. We expect the Account Manager to drive new business and to meet monthly and annual sales goals by: planning for and conducting new prospect phone calls and effectively filling their day with phone meetings and online application demonstrations; following up phone contacts and attempts with an e-mail; effectively articulating the value of RASi services. The Account Manager's goal is to secure the change of registered agent commitment while growing our brand with prospects and aiding the overall growth of the company. We will work with you, train you, make you the best, and you will be rewarded for it.

Who Do We Want?
In a perfect world, the ideal candidate would come with at least one of three possible backgrounds.

  1. A strong customer service background and/or a desire to sell a service to businesses (B2B) or;
  2. Experience in the corporate filings/paralegal industry or;
  3. About to graduate from college and is ready to join a great company.

Compensation

  • Full-time regular employee;
  • $30k + attractive commissions and residuals;
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and AFLAC benefits available;

  • 25 days of including 3 weeks paid vacation
