Client Service Representative

Our Client Services Department is currently seeking a bright and articulate individual to join our team in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, dependable, great team member and excellent organizational skills. Given that this position requires interaction with clients of all organizational levels via telephone and email, it is essential that this individual have great customer service, people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Corporate Filings including but not limited to, preparation and filing of Articles of Incorporation/Organization, Annual Reports, Mergers and Withdrawals/Dissolutions, Pre-Clear documents, Tax Clearance, Reinstatements and Revivals.
  • Responsible for obtaining Certificates of Status with both the State and Revenue Departments, as well as obtaining copies of public record documents.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating with clients and vendor networks regarding UCC, Litigation and Corporate Services.
  • Responsible for compiling search results, interacting with correspondent networks as well as state and local agencies and reviewing public record documents in order to produce UCC/Lien/Judgment/Litigation Search Reports.
  • Handle clients and correspondent inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail.
  • Acts as backup for the Client Services and Change of Agent Departments.
  • Assists with the training of new employees.
  • Assists with the update of state filing fees. Performs other similar or related duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to gather, review and compile information.
  • Knowledge of general corporate procedures or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
