Account Specialist

This person is responsible for providing services tailored to our clients' business needs, such as producing estimates and orders, explaining options and additional services, and general account maintenance. This position requires a high level of interaction with clients at all organizational levels. Precise and professional communication and customer service skills are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure superior customer service is provided at all times and maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Responds to and resolve incoming client and affiliate requests, queries, issues and concerns via phone, fax and email.
  • Education and promotion of additional services such as registered agent services, transactional services, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) services, corporate kits and supplies, annual report services (ARS), etc.
  • Answer client queries regarding online accounts, tools and services.
  • Efficiently manage the entire order process from initial client inquiry through processing, invoicing and follow up.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating with clients regarding UCC/Lien, litigation/bankruptcy and corporate services.
  • Responsible for reviewing deliverables and invoices prior to sending to clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to be self directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple time sensitive projects.
  • Knowledge of general corporate procedures and/or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and/or willingness to learn
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
