Online Compliance
As a registered agent client of Registered Agent Solutions, inc. (RASi), you automatically have free access to online corporate compliance tools. Basic corporate compliance information and tools are accessible upon completing the online account services registration process. These tools have been created to organize your entity information and assist you with statutory compliance obligations to ensure that your company remains in good legal standing with minimal effort. By utilizing basic corporate compliance tools online, you can reduce the hassle of tracking filing deadlines and avoid the unnecessary penalties incurred by not maintaining constant compliance with state regulations.If you choose to make use of our advanced corporate compliance tools, you will need to request those services through our Client Services Department, as there are some initial setup steps required to properly integrate your entity information with the web-based applications prior to accessing and using these tools.
Entity Information
The entity information section provides you with a listing of all the entities represented in your account. Through a single account, you may maintain an unlimited number of entities. Detailed information is provided for each entity including domestic state information (domicile, identification number, filing date, financial designation), entity addresses (principal office, service of process address, correspondence address, and invoicing address), service of process history logs, correspondence history logs, registered agent address information as well as annual report due dates.Back To Top
State Registrations
The state registrations section lists all of the jurisdictions in which your company is registered to do business. This information includes the jurisdiction name, the assigned ID number, the date filed, as well as any forced names required to be used in that jurisdiction.Back To Top
E-Filing
The e-filing section provides you with a list of jurisdictions that allow online electronic filing of annual reports and franchise taxes based on your entity type. This information is accompanied by a direct link to the jurisdictions’ filing webpage so that you may take advantage of the efficient, time saving, and cost-effective method of e-filing.Back To Top
