Registered Agent Solutions, inc. (RASi) offers online ordering for your convenience. Please note that the online ordering of certain services requires that you have registered for online account access prior to placing any orders. Please read below more for information.

Registered Agent Orders

 If you are a new client placing an order for the first time, or if you are an existing client placing an order for a new entity not already represented by RASi, then you may place your order by clicking on the link below and you will have immediate access to the registered agent contact/address information you need to complete your state registration or change of agent filing.

If you are an existing client and would like to add another jurisdiction to an entity already included in your account, you will need to login to online account services to place your order. All first-time international orders must be placed through a Sales Consultant.

You may register for online account services after you have placed at least one registered agent order.

 

Transactional Service Orders

 Orders for transactional services may be made by phone, fax, email, or online if an account has been established. To setup an account for Transactional Services, please contact a Sales Consultant or Client Services Representative.
